Eros is the ninth principle of BraveSpace, and Interbeing🙏 is the tenth.

The ninth principle is all about following your joy, pleasure, vitality, and longing to develop loving fullness within yourself. Connect your essence first to spirit within so that you have capacity to love and attune with others generously.

The tenth principle is Interbeing. Reposition yourself in relation to others and the world to feel your belonging in each moment. Communicate your truth, yet do not attempt to control others actions in order to avoid your own shifts.

BraveSpace is a living practice of somatics and spirit from which authenticity, and belonging naturally emerge. These 10 principles are fundamentally holding BraveSpace® together. Thanks for learning more about each guiding principle the last 2 weeks.

Tensegrity is the seventh principle of BraveSpace🕸️

Tensegrity is about relationship-the spaces and forces between things. You can think of music as a metaphor for tensegrity. It's not about the notes themselves but about the relationships between them.

Tensional integrity is fundamental to the wholeness of living systems. Practice holding the tension of opposites physically and metaphysically to build greater range and capacity in your being.

Heart-centeredness is the sixth principle of BraveSpace 💗

Approach your heart as a gateway to spirit and communal consciousness so that you may function and serve beyond the limitations of your mind and individual identity.

Heart-centeredness is the experiencing of the path between the communal and the personal. Healing presence and innate harmony are a part of this heart-centeredness.

Response-ability is the fifth principle of BraveSpace 🪁

Reposition yourself in relation to others and the world to feel your belonging in each moment. Communicate your truth, yet do not attempt to control others actions in order to avoid your own shifts.

Response-ability is about choosing to be here. What movement would make you feel like you are choosing life right now?

Improvisation is the fourth principle of BraveSpace🪩

True power is the ability to stay present with what is. Invite awe and wonder as you inhabit the mysterious gap between the little bit that you know and the infinite unknown.

How can you soften into the next moment, and the next moment, and the next?

Next time you are in a shared space, notice how you respond and how you feel when interacting with others.

Trans-formation is the third principle of BraveSpace🌱

You are comprised of patterns. Be willing to change your form, face your traumas, and invite discomfort so you can grow in alignment with your joy, purpose, and truth in community.

Through touch, movement, breath, and energetic listening, we create the conditions for your system to reorganize naturally, on its own terms.
