As we bid farewell to this year and welcome the new, it’s a perfect time to set our Sankalpa, or intention, for the year ahead. Instead of a fleeting New Year’s resolution, a Sankalpa is a solemn vow, a deeply felt spiritual intention from your heart. ❤️
