🗣️HB71 does NOT go into effect until January 2024. Physicians that provide gender affirming care may still do so, they will work with you and your guardians on a plan of action. Anticipate seeing information and guidance from your provider soon. Remember they have to work with legal teams and as they navigate potential criminalization for doing their job after next year.

In the mean time our friends at hope to file suit - they are looking for an appropriate plaintiff to partner with. We’d be happy to connect folks accordingly or reach out to them directly for more information!
