Merry Christmas, Everyone! 🎄

Recently RNM Staffing employees and their families were able to spend time together at our company Christmas party. We enjoyed watching each other ice skate, playing games, and getting to know each other a little more. It was great to see everyone…thanks to all who were able to make it! Though we did miss those who weren’t able to join us, hopefully next time you will be able to join in the festivities.

We want to extend a special THANK YOU to everyone for making this year a great year for RNM staffing! We hope you all enjoy the holidays! We look forward to a great 2024 with you all!🎄

Congratulations Heather for being October’s employee of the month! Heather is always reliable and on time for all her shifts. She works hard and it seems like everyone absolutely loves working with her. Heather, we appreciate everything you do for us and are so thankful you are part of our team!

After Heather became a mother, she realized that she really enjoyed taking care of others. Her favorite part of her job is caring for some of the most vulnerable people. Heather respects her patients by listening to them and appreciating their culture, religion, and values. She says laughing with them and hearing their stories always makes her day.

Heather spends most of her free time with her four kids. She is also good with a paint brush and loves painting with acrylic and oil pastels. Another hobby Heather enjoys is taking classes that are available in the Treasure Valley. Although she claims she’s not cool, we’d say taking a trapeze class is definitely cool!

Thank you, Heather, for being a crucial part of our team! Congratulations again!

Marina is such a blessing to have as an RNM employee. She honestly loves what she does and has a heart for caregiving. Marina is dedicated to the people she takes care of whether it be patients, family or friends. She’s always in good spirits and has lots of energy to give. This is why Marina is the Employee of the Month for September.

Marina realized she wanted to be in the medical field after taking care of her mother. Even though it broke her heart to see her mother sick, it made her realize that caregiving brought her joy and was something she wanted to pursue. One of her favorite things about her job is being spiritual with her patients and reminding them that God has made pain temporary and that He promised a new body without pain and suffering for eternity.

Marina plans on continuing her education in healthcare by finishing a Certified Nursing Assistant course. With this, she will be able to pick up more shifts and spread her spirit further for the people who need it. We are so excited to see her grow in her education and as a caregiver.

Coming from a family of 10, Marina loves to spend time with family, friends and meeting new people. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and rollerblading, but most of all she loves to play volleyball.

Something interesting about Marina is she is very artsy. She spends time doing woodworking, painting and refurbishing furniture. However, her true passion is European baking. She said she loves to see how excited people get when they get to try some of her baking.

“It makes me happy seeing others happy” -Marina

Congratulations Marina! Thank you so much for everything you do.

It’s August…and this month we would like to recognize Anna!

Anna moved from Ukraine about a year ago and began working with us at Right Now Medical Staffing shortly after. We knew immediately she was going to be a great fit because Anna is dedicated and determined. Quickly overcoming language barriers, she always seems to know just what her patients need. She excels as a caregiver and always has a smile on her face that can light up a room.

Anna chose the healthcare field because she likes to help people and see them happy. When she lived in Ukraine, she rode around in an ambulance with her mom, Tetiana, who was a doctor. Anna saw the impact her mom had on so many peoples’ lives. Patients would come to thank Anna’s mom year after year for saving their lives. This is why Anna decided to study nursing. Anna said, “It’s nice to be needed and feel that someone’s life has become better because of you.” We know many hard-working people in the healthcare field who understand exactly what Anna means by that statement!

Anna likes to spend her free time with her husband and three children. Together they all enjoy fishing and grilling what they catch with friends and family.

An interesting fact about Anna is that she not only studied to be a nurse, but also a hairdresser and nutritionist! Initially her dream was to attend medical school and then settle in America. Plans changed after a year into her studies however, when she met her future husband. After 13 years, Anna’s dream to come to America has come true and we are so lucky and honored to have her on our team!

Congratulations Anna! We look forward to seeing what the future has planned for you!

Denise is July’s employee of the month. Congratulations Denise!
Denise has been a great employee for RNM Staffing. She works hard in every aspect of her life and will soon be both a med tech and a CNA.

Denise chose to pursue the healthcare field because she has always enjoyed helping people. She volunteers at various places, including orphanages. Some of her volunteer work consists of free haircut days or helping homeless people on the street. A favorite part of her job is helping patients with their physical limitations or resolving issues to improve their daily lives.

A cool fact about Denise is that she likes to work on stained glass projects. She also loves to spend time with her son. They go swimming, have picnics, go to the movies, play video games together, and much, much more! Denise’s main goal in life is to make sure her son grows up to be accomplished, healthy and happy.

Denise, thank you for everything you do for us. We truly appreciate you! Congratulations again to Denise!
