Staff meetings don’t always have to be all business.
Sometimes the most impactful moments happen when teams are given space to relax, laugh, and genuinely connect. Creating an environment where people can share stories, reflect on past experiences, and offer advice to one another builds stronger collaboration and trust.
Recently, our team took time to share one piece of advice they wish they had when they first started—or something they’ve learned along the way that’s made a meaningful impact in their journey. The insights were thoughtful, honest, and inspiring.
