Staff meetings don’t always have to be all business.

Sometimes the most impactful moments happen when teams are given space to relax, laugh, and genuinely connect. Creating an environment where people can share stories, reflect on past experiences, and offer advice to one another builds stronger collaboration and trust.

Recently, our team took time to share one piece of advice they wish they had when they first started—or something they’ve learned along the way that’s made a meaningful impact in their journey. The insights were thoughtful, honest, and inspiring.

We’ve captured those reflections on our Advice Board, and we’re excited to watch it grow as our team continues to grow!💚

We have rescheduled the Double Decker Espresso Bus to stop by our office to treat you all to a cup of coffee of your choice on Tuesday February 18th, from 10:00AM to 12:30 PM. 😊 (They also offer non-coffee options)

We cannot thank our staff and clients for all the support! Thank you for being apart of our journey and advocating mental health services to our community! Come spread the love of coffee, tea, and more with us! Hope to see you all Tuesday!
