Thank you for liking my new business page! 😊 Your Mind Matters was born this month because of my passion for our mental health and wellness. I am currently private pay only but soon will be accepting major insurances. I am available through tele health most eves and weekends. Can do in-person, if it just is better for someone.

🌟 My Background and Approach

I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I begin our therapeutic relationship by building rapport. We then can decide together which modality will work for you: EMDR, CBT, CPT, ACT and other interventions. I have experience in helping with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, boundaries and codependency.

🪴 My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because there are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I too, needed some help and participated in therapy to deepen my awareness of myself. 🌺
