We are seeking a Part-time Clinical Assistant for an independent, concierge women’s health practice in Boise, Idaho - Quantum Womens Health.

The Clinical Assistant provides clinical, administrative, and technical support to our providers and patients. This position offers a rare opportunity to work closely with Certified Menopause Practitioners and to learn about menopause and hormonal wellness for women across the lifespan. https://quantumwomenshealth.com
Job Description :
- Check patients in/out, room patients, vitals
- Setup and assist providers during procedures, as necessary
- Answer phones, resolve customer service questions
- Prepare medical charts
- Phlebotomy
- Disinfect equipment, sterilize instruments, manage laundry
- Assist providers with sending orders
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications (e-mail, phone and fax)
- Coordinating appointment scheduling and patient payments
- Managing product inventory and general office organization
- Social media posting
- Assist with coordination of marketing & educational events
Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or Nurse Assistant program.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience working in gynecology, obstetrics, midwifery, or functional medicine is ideal, but not required.
- Excellent administrative and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care across various demographics, from teenage to geriatrics.

-Available to Work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 - 5:00pm.
