Our hearts are with the family and loved ones of 8-year-old Mora Gerety, whose life was taken in a heartbreaking accident while walking home from school this week. The weight of this loss is felt deeply across our neighborhood. As a community, we will gather in sorrow and solidarity on Saturday night to honor her memory and support those grieving. May we hold one another close, and may Mora’s light stay with us. 🕯️

We are seeking a Part-time Clinical Assistant for an independent, concierge women’s health practice in Boise, Idaho - Quantum Womens Health.

Meet Quantum Women’s Health - we are a provider owned practice that is committed to doing healthcare differently. We specialize in hormone health, menopause, and sexual health for women of all ages.

The Clinical Assistant provides clinical, administrative, and technical support to our providers and patients. This position offers a rare opportunity to work closely with Certified Menopause Practitioners and to learn about menopause and hormonal wellness for women across the lifespan. https://quantumwomenshealth.com

Job Description :

- Check patients in/out, room patients, vitals

- Setup and assist providers during procedures, as necessary

- ⁠Answer phones, resolve customer service questions

- ⁠Prepare medical charts

- Phlebotomy

- Disinfect equipment, sterilize instruments, manage laundry

- Assist providers with sending orders

- ⁠Manage incoming and outgoing patient communications (e-mail, phone and fax)

- Coordinating appointment scheduling and patient payments

- Managing product inventory and general office organization

- ⁠Social media posting

- ⁠Assist with coordination of marketing & educational events

Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or Nurse Assistant program.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience working in gynecology, obstetrics, midwifery, or functional medicine is ideal, but not required.
- Excellent administrative and organization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care across various demographics, from teenage to geriatrics.

-Enthusiasm for working in an under-served area of medicine.

-Available to Work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00 - 5:00pm.
