✨ Community Update from The Womb Room ✨

As the rhythms of the season shift, we will be pausing our March Womb Healing Circle while many in our community move through Spring Break and the magic of Treefort next week.

We honor the importance of rest, celebration, and allowing life to unfold in its natural cycles.

Our Womb Healing Circle will return the third Thursday of April, where Sarah Cunningham will be holding space for this sacred gathering.

These circles are a place to slow down, reconnect with the wisdom of the body, and remember the power that lives within the womb.

We look forward to sitting in circle with you again soon.

✨ What Is Intimacy Coaching? ✨
Intimacy coaching is a deeply transformational process that supports you in reconnecting with your body, your truth, and your capacity for authentic connection; both with yourself and with others.

Through a trauma-informed and kundalini-centered approach, we explore the places where intimacy may feel blocked, confusing, or disconnected, and gently begin to unravel the patterns that keep you from experiencing deeper love, pleasure, and safety in your relationships.

In our work together we may explore:
• Somatic movement to reconnect you with the wisdom of your body
• Breathwork to move and release stored emotional energy
• Inner child and shadow work to understand the roots of your relational patterns
• Practical tools and communication practices you can bring into everyday life
• Embodied practices and play to help intimacy feel natural, joyful, and alive again

This work can be done individually or with couples, allowing for personalized coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

The intimacy coaching journey includes:
• Six private 3-hour sessions
• A full body somatic working session during each meeting
• A personalized integration plan with practices to take home
• Ongoing guidance and support as you integrate the work

On March 8th, we open The Womb Room to a new monthly offering. Women will gather in circle with The Living Feminine as they begin reading Women Who Run with the Wolves.

If something in you feels stirred, trust that.

This month in Echoes of the Living Feminine, we begin reading the Women Who Run with the Wolves - a powerful exploration of the Wild Woman archetype and the instinctual, sovereign feminine within us all.

This is more than a book club. It is a sacred circle.
We gather to read, reflect, share, and remember together.

We gather with intention, in order to expand alongside one another.

We may break into dance, lift our voices in song, transistuon into roaring laughter, or hold one another in grief.

This Is the beautifupower in gathering in circle, when we come together, magick happens.
