If you’ve experienced trauma, whether it was something big and obvious or something subtle, your nervous system adapts in really intelligent ways to protect you, and a lot of those patterns don’t just go away because you decide you’re over it. 😒
It stays in the body.
It shows up as constant tension in your neck and shoulders that never fully releases, the low level anxiety that lingers even when life is “fine,” the feeling that you can’t fully relax no matter how much self care you do, or even that sense of being disconnected from yourself while also feeling like you’re “on” all the time and completely exhausted because of it.
This isn’t something you can force your way out of, and it’s typically not something a machine or device can resolve.
Because your nervous system doesn’t just need a physical release: it needs to ACTUALLY FEEL SAFE. 🥰
That’s what the PRISM Method offers.
Through very gentle, intentional touch, your body begins to receive a different message than it’s been running on, and that message simply is:
You’re safe now. ✨
And when your body actually FEELS that, (not just knows it mentally), everything begins to shift in a very natural way.
Your breath deepens, your muscles start to unwind, your mind gets quieter, and your system begins to move out of survival mode without you having to force anything.
THIS is where real healing begins. 💃
