For my peeps who need SLEEP- listen up! 👂
Last night I got the BEST sleep I’ve gotten in weeks, (probably even months, TBH!) 🥳
It wasn’t because I worked out, took sleeping pills, nixed screens before bed, or did any out of the ordinary sleep hacks (I didn’t).
It was because I FINALLY got a PRISM Craniosacral therapy session (the ones I’ve been giving my clients for years to regulate their nervous systems and help them sleep.) 💤
I’ve been praying for this day, and it finally arrived. 🙏
After a crazy exhausting sleep deprivation journey that started over a year and a half ago, leaving me waking up multiple times throughout the night, with chronic insomnia, low HRV and high sleep debt…
I went down every possible internet rabbit hole, from Chinese medicine, to acupuncture, to traditional western medicine, gene mapping, hormones replacement, holistic healing, energy work, melatonin suppositories AND MORE…
The one thing that INSTANTLY and predictably helped me sleep through the night, uninterrupted, was not any of those things,
