Last night’s Menopause Glow Up event was nothing short of amazing ✨

I’m feeling so grateful for the incredible group of women who showed up, leaned in, asked thoughtful questions, and were truly open to learning about their bodies, their hormones, and their options. The energy in the room was empowering, supportive, and exactly why I love doing what I do 💛

We talked about how HRT and injectables work together to support you through perimenopause and menopause—helping restore balance, improve skin health, and bring back that confidence and glow from the inside out.

Another great presentation in the books! Last night in Ontario at the Four Rivers Cultural Center, I had the privilege of spending the evening with nearly 80 incredible women as we talked about the history of hormone therapy, where we’ve been, and where we are today.

What struck me most wasn’t just the education—it was the openness in the room. Women sharing, asking questions, and being willing to talk about things that for so long were brushed aside or kept quiet.

There is something powerful that happens when women gather, get curious, and support each other in understanding their health.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, leaned in, and made the evening so meaningful. I’m truly grateful to be part of these conversations. 💛

On this International Women’s Day, I’m feeling especially grateful for the women I get to care for every day.

Some of the most meaningful conversations I have in my practice are with women who feel like something in their body has shifted — their energy, their mood, their sleep, their sense of themselves. Helping women understand their hormones and guiding them back toward balance is work that truly fills my cup.

Hormone therapy isn’t just about lab values. It’s about helping women feel like themselves again — strong, vibrant, clear-headed, and well in their bodies.

To all the incredible women who trust me with their care, thank you. It’s an honor to walk alongside you in this journey toward health and vitality.

Hormone therapy is one of the most effective treatments for menopause symptoms, yet many women are still told they aren’t candidates for reasons that don’t always reflect current evidence.

In my practice, I often hear patients say they were denied hormone therapy because of things like:

• A family history of breast cancer
• Migraines
• Family history of heart disease or stroke
• Clotting mutations
• Endometriosis
• Or being told their medical history is “too complicated”
The reality is that menopause care should be individualized and evidence-based.

Many of these situations don’t automatically rule out hormone therapy — they simply mean we need to look at the full picture and choose the right approach for that patient.
For some women hormone therapy may not be appropriate, but for many others there are safe, effective options that can significantly improve quality of life.

Women deserve accurate information, thoughtful risk assessment, and shared decision-making when it comes to their menopause care.
