Today is a day most remember Veterans for their sacrifice and commitment to our country. It is often a day that I remember the true heroes who made just as many sacrifices - my wife, Sarah; and children Elleanor, Ainsley, Emerson, and Abigail.

They did not volunteer, and did not have a choice, but accepted and supported my mission without reservation.

They - along with all of our nation’s families and loved ones who supported Veterans in their call to serve - are as much heroes as our nations Veterans - thank you Lynch Girls!

Shoulder fracture repair recovery:

Why would I need a Revision Rotator Cuff Repair or Superior Capsular Reconstruction (SCR)?

Sometimes, even after surgery, the rotator cuff doesn’t heal as expected — and a revision or reconstructive procedure may be needed. Here are a few reasons this can happen:
🔹 Failure of the tendon to heal – Depending on tear size, tissue quality, and age, some tendons struggle to reattach or heal fully.
🔹 Re-tear of the tendon – Falls, overuse, or returning to activity too soon can cause another tear.
🔹 Inadequate initial repair – If the first repair was incomplete or the original injury misdiagnosed, symptoms can persist.
🔹 Weakened repair construct – Sometimes, the initial repair simply doesn’t hold up to daily stress or healing demands.

Watch for:
🔸 Pain with overhead motions
🔸 Popping or clicking
🔸 Weakness or instability
