Mobility Move of the Week: Ankle + Wrist CARs

Your wrists and ankles are often overlooked, yet they’re the anchors of nearly every athletic and daily movement.
Both rely on smooth, controlled motion for balance, grip strength, and overall joint health.

CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) strengthen coordination and control at the deepest layer of movement — maintaining healthy joint capsules, improving proprioception, and helping prevent stiffness or injury.
