The gut doesn’t run on supplements. It runs on light, timing, temperature, and nervous system tone.

Light sets the gut clock: Your gut has its own circadian rhythm.

Stomach acid, enzymes, bile flow, and motility all rise and fall based on light exposure.

Food intolerances aren’t the problem.

They’re the signal.
