We are committed to providing essential adoption training and education to our families. We also provide post-placement support through professional counseling services, support groups, online communities and the youth advisory board for adoptees. 'Twas the night before placement, and all through the land,
Three hearts were preparing, a triad so grand.
The papers were signed with compassion and care,
A journey of love, one precious to share.

The birth mom lay still, her thoughts deep and wide,
Her choice made with courage, and tears she had cried.
With love in her heart and strength in her soul,
She dreamed of a future where her child would feel whole.

The adoptive parents sat nervous and keen,
Preparing a room with colors serene.
With hope in their hearts and their hands held tight,
They whispered, "Our family begins tonight."

The child, so unaware of the love all around,
Lay peacefully sleeping, a miracle profound.
Unspoken connections and stories untold,
A future of love in arms strong to hold.

For adoption’s a journey with paths intertwined,
A bond of three hearts forever aligned.
Birth parents, adoptive, and child in the center,
A triad of love where all can enter.

So as we reflect on this season of cheer,
Let’s honor the triad and all it holds dear.
“Merry Adoption to all,” we say with delight,

Santa and Mrs. Claus made their grand arrival today to see the boys and girls of ANB! We're so thankful to and for helping make sure Santa and Mrs. Claus could get from their sleigh parking to the agency!
