Her approach centers on creating a safe, nurturing space where healing happens through skilled touch, genuine presence, and deep listening to your body's wisdom. She's passionate about supporting your body's natural healing processes—whether you're managing inflammation, chronic pain, or simply seeking to feel more at home in your own skin.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is different than massage therapy, if you are interested in booking she will be open for appointments beginning Wednesday 2/4 2:30pm - 5pm—with more hours to come soon!
