It was such a great experience learning alongside Savi about the incredible ways the female body works and openly discussing those “cringe” topics that most tweens shy away from. 😆

If you have a tween, this class is a MUST! It was not only fun, but Savi now feels so much more comfortable and confident about the changes she’s going through.

Reflecting on how incredible it is to have midwifery care during pregnancy/birth/postpartum. From personalized support to empowering choices, they've truly made this experience special. I especially love the home visits postpartum. In the early morning light she powered through with determination and strength. With her husband by her side she knelt on the bed and cried out as her little one slipped from her womb in a quiet rush. He yelled out in surprise and his beautiful cries filled the room as joy filled his parent’s faces.

I’m forever amazed at the beautiful intricacies of birth and so honored to witness it again and again

I got to have the best snuggles with this handsome little man!

During this postpartum visit with Natalie, Aaron, and Elijah, we talked about burping and feeding techniques, the challenges that come with work resuming and how VITAL it is as new parents to simply give yourself grace as you settle into your new roles and as you try to figure out what works and doesn’t work for your baby.
