In the Medical ICU, perspective is everything—and Noah brings it.
Noah, RN has been with Saint Alphonsus for just over four years, starting on the Neuroscience Unit and now working in the Critical Care department. As a bedside nurse in the Medical ICU, he plays a vital role in coordinating care and advocating for patients and their families during some of life’s most critical moments.
“As an RN, I have the privilege of trying to help bridge the knowledge gap between the healthcare team, the patients, and their loved ones,” Noah shares. “During times of critical illness, closely monitoring and effectively communicating findings to the healthcare team is vital.”
His approach to care is grounded in empathy and clinical excellence.
“I always try and put my feet in my patients’ and their loved ones’ shoes. It’s what allows me to ‘bring it’ each and every day that I am at the bedside.”
Whether it’s a tough case or a quiet moment of reassurance, Noah shows up with sharp skills, clear communication, and deep compassion—because that’s what meaningful recovery demands.
