This first Picture is my perfect thanksgiving turkey! Brined for 18 hours in sugar and salt water Covered in ghee and spices, then cooked to 160 degree white and 180 degree dark meat. Yum!
I am a home to home or in home ethnic food cook. I can cook just about anything whether you are a omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free.
