It is my intention not only to help you learn to cope with whatever brings you to counseling, but to be a part of creating lasting transformation and resilience. I believe that the counseling relationship will give you the opportunity to explore your relationship with yourself, others, your world, and to reconnect with your authentic, inspired self. Using a creative and holistic approach, I encourage my clients to tap into their inherent abilities to heal from emotional wounds, to explore overlooked possibilities, and to create the inspired life they desire. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Idaho State University. I have twelve years of combined experience as a counselor and community mental health provider. I enjoy working with individual adults and teens, as well as couples experiencing grief & loss, life transitions, relationship difficulties, career & educational challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, women's and men's issues, multicultural issues, trauma/victimization, shame and anger issues, medical issues, spiritual issues, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.
