Hi! I’m Mikaela, a new therapist at STARR Family Behavioral Health. I’m passionate about supporting clients of all ages, but mainly work with children, teens, and their families as they navigate anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, and the challenges that come with growing up. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and helping clients build practical skills they can use in their daily lives. I believe everyone deserves a space to feel heard, understood, and empowered, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside the families I serve. When I am not at work, I spend my time with family, friends, and my two cats Jet and Juno. I enjoy exploring the outdoors, being creative with art, and attending concerts. A fun fact about me is that I love collecting stickers.
