Two things can be true at the same time.
You can be strong and tired.
Healing and hurting.
Grateful and overwhelmed.
Mental health isn’t black and white—and neither are you.
You are not alone.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is pause.

Healing doesn’t always look like progress you can measure — sometimes it looks like rest, breath, and choosing softness with yourself. You’re not falling behind. You’re rebuilding.
Give yourself permission to slow down. Growth will meet you there.

With the new year here, we could use your help 🤍

Our office keeps toys, activities, and gift cards on hand to give to children who are entering their forever homes through our foster-adoption program. These items help create moments of connection, give children something that’s truly theirs, and make those first days in a new home feel a little more welcoming.

Right now, most of the items we have left in office are geared toward younger children. We’d love help re-stocking items for older children and teens who have recently found their forever families.

We’ve created an Amazon wishlist filled with items these kids often ask for — if you’re able, your support would mean so much. 💛
