We’re so excited to share that we’re participating in the March to End Hunger again this year!

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we collected 150 pounds of donations last year and we’d love to make an even bigger impact this time around.

We’re accepting nonperishable food items, as well as health and hygiene products. Whether it’s a single can of food or even a stick of chapstick, every donation truly makes a difference.

Let’s come together and help support our community!

Our Story

The Optometric Center,PA. is a full-scope, primary eyecare practice. Dr. Jaimen Dixon and Dr. Randolph D. Lee are the Optometrist.

The Optometric Center is one of the oldest eye care practices in Boise. It was originally founded by Dr. Glen Taylor in the 1920's and was located in the Old Union Block Building. Dr. Robert Magwire replaced Dr. Taylor in 1961 and moved the practice to Fairview Avenue near Cole Rd. Dr. Lee joined the practice in 1978 and assumed sole-ownership in 1991. For several years the practice was located on Curtis Rd, across from St. Al's and was moved to it's current location in 1998. Dr. Dixon Joined the practice in 2018 and assumed sole-ownership in 2019.
