We headed out for a fun-filled outing to Emerald Lanes where the sound of laughter echoed louder than the bowling pins! Some of our residents showed off their bowling skills (and a little friendly competition 😉), while others enjoyed a relaxed game of pool, sharing stories, jokes, and plenty of encouragement along the way.

After working up an appetite, we made our way to Golden Star Chinese and American Restaurant where we gathered around the table for a delicious lunch. There’s just something special about sharing a meal together — the conversations, the laughter, the feeling of connection that turns moments into memories.

Days like today remind us that life doesn’t slow down — it simply becomes richer in meaning. At Arbor Village, we believe in continuing to create joy, adventure, and togetherness at every stage of life.

A special thank you to Vanessa and Sandi, our Life Enrichment Team, for the countless hours they put in to making our events special, and to Danielle, our Culinary Director, and her team for providing delicious, plentiful foods and deserts.

We are incredibly grateful to the Boise VA Veterans Association for joining us at Arbor Village for our Veterans Su***de Prevention Fundraiser. ❤️🇺🇸

Thanks to an amazing turnout from our community, we shared a day filled with laughter, connection, and generosity. From the excitement of giving away some truly awesome prizes to the heartfelt moments we all experienced together, it was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when people come together for a meaningful cause.

We are especially honored that we were able to present our donations directly to the Boise VA team at the end of the event—supporting the critical mission of preventing veteran su***de and standing by those who have served our country.

To everyone who attended, donated, and helped make this event such a success—thank you. Your support truly makes a difference. 💙

Today was one for the books at Arbor Village! ❤️

Our residents enjoyed a fantastic outing to Topgolf in Meridian, where laughter, connection, and a delicious lunch filled the day. What made it truly special? Watching every single resident—whether using walkers or wheelchairs—get up, take their swing, and fully embrace the moment.

There is something incredibly powerful about seeing determination turn into joy. Barriers didn’t stand a chance today. Instead, we saw confidence, courage, and a whole lot of fun.

At Arbor Village, we believe life doesn’t stop—it simply finds new ways to be lived. And today was a beautiful reminder that no matter where you are in life, there is always room for laughter, movement, and meaningful moments.

💚 We are so proud of our residents for showing us all what it means to keep living life to the fullest.

🍀 We took a trip downtown to explore Freak Alley, where everyone enjoyed the vibrant, creative artwork and the energy of Boise’s street art scene. It sparked so many smiles, conversations, and moments of inspiration!

After taking in all the amazing murals, we headed to lunch to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day together. Good food, laughter, and great company made it a perfect outing for everyone involved.

These are the moments that truly matter—getting out, experiencing the community, and creating joyful memories together. 💚
