As the seasons shift, so do our adventures—and this October marks our final hike of the season.

All year long, we’ve created space for hikers of ALL abilities to walk, roll, skip, and dance through the outdoors together. From mountain views to forest paths, every trail has reminded us that adventure feels better when it’s shared.

This last hike is a chance to celebrate the community we’ve built, the friendships formed, and the memories made along the way. Whether you join us on wheels, with hiking boots, or anywhere in between, we’d love for you to be part of it.

This Saturday, Aug 16, we’re hitting the Fishhook Creek Trail in Stanley, Idaho for an unforgettable adaptive hike alongside Higher Ground —and we’d love your help.

🍽 Free meal by Redfish Lake after the hike

When you’re having so much fun on the trail, the only thing you can think about is doing it again next year. 🌿☀️

This is what happens when we create spaces where everyone can belong—where kids, families, and friends get to laugh, explore, and feel free in the outdoors. It’s not about the trail itself, it’s about the memories made and the connections formed.

Here at People Need People, we’re all about making sure these moments happen more often. Because when we show up for one another, that’s when the real magic happens. ✨
