Dry Needling Certification Part 2 ✅

Congrats to our PTs Sarah and Connor for completing their Dry Needling for Lumbopelvic & Lower Extremity Conditions this weekend!

We’re proud to offer dry needling at all four clinics, and most of our PTs are certified and highly trained in this technique. It’s a great option for reducing muscle tension, easing stubborn pain, improving mobility, and speeding up recovery.

✨January Patient of the Month ✨

We are excited to announce that January's Patient of the Month is... Linda!

Linda came to Foothills after a cervical spine fracture requiring surgery. She was barely walking with a walker when she started with us, and is now walking independently with a rolling walker! She has made a lot of progress and is dedicated to her healing process.
