We are prepared to treat a full range of outpatient diagnoses, from joint replacements and shoulder reconstructions to chronic back pain and overuse injuries. We prioritize empowering our patients through education, home program development, and self-management strategies so they can enjoy lasting relief and prevent recurrence of injury/dysfunction. At Foothills Physical Therapy our patients receive something more, something very rare at the other outpatient physical therapy clinics in the Treasure Valley... One on One Care. With three clinics to help serve the Treasure Valley... Boise, Meridian and Eagle.

Our Overland Clinic is relocating just down the road in 2026! It’s right off the Eagle exit, conveniently located next to Topgolf and just minutes from The Village.

Same great team, same great care - now in a more accessible and upgraded space!
