🚐 Today we’re shining a spotlight on Mike Martin, a true cornerstone of our team. Every shift he shows up with dedication, hard work ethic, and a commitment to improve. Mike’s adaptability, drive, and readiness to handle last-minute challenges set the standard for excellence here at Victory.

💡Mike is not just an idea person—Mike brings his ideas to life. As one of our lead trainers, he goes above and beyond to ensure every new employee gets the full CAPLICO experience. He teaches them things beyond the basics to make sure they have all of the knowledge and tools to be proficient in their job, from learning how to navigate a facility to mastering linen exchanges. And he does this all while consistently thinking of creative ways to improve our operations.

💙 Mike’s dedication to safety and innovation shines through in everything he does. Whether it’s testing grip tape on vehicle ramps during wet weather or stepping up to cover shifts and long-distance transports, Mike shows us daily his commitment to both our team and our passengers.

🚑 Behind the scenes, we are always preparing for what’s next. Our paramedics and EMTs—like Ella pictured —make this part of their daily routine.
