If you don’t have a reason to be healthy, this list or any list of health tips has no value. It just becomes another exhausting list of “to-dos.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And that’s okay 👍🏼 if you don’t have a reason to implement health in your life, I’d suggest you ask yourself, “who else benefits from my health?”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As a former “people pleaser” and former “nice guy” I wouldn’t allow myself to give myself what I deserve. Taking care of patients, running a business, and performing at a high level has taught me that I need to take care of myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I take care of my health through, nutrition, solo time, float tanks, ice baths, massage, etc. my patients win, my staff wins, my community wins.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
