Our Structural Integration program the American Guild for Structural Integration (AGSI) is having an Advanced Training in Tucson AZ beginning May 6. We are looking for models to receive the Advanced 5 series. All of the students are experienced practitioners so this is an amazing opportunity. The sessions are free but we need the models to be committed to all five sessions. Here is the schedule

This week I’ve been thinking about shifting the paradigm from one of not being sick or hurt to a paradigm of feeling as good as possible. Most people end up in my office because of some long term challenge. It’s very tempting to keep pain as the measuring stick of progress. For a while it truly is the measuring stick. We have been distracted by the challenge for a long time. Our lives get smaller and smaller as we adjust and compensate to “feel better”. When we do feel better however, we often just try to avoid being hurt again. Not a bad idea but a low bar for a goal. Structural Integration is about expanding towards our potential. It’s very exciting to think about the possibility that we can begin to explore feeling better than we’ve ever felt before. Does it have to end? That is what I’ve really been focusing on in my life. I’m trying to have the discipline to focus on feeling and being the best I can be.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how Rolf Structural Integration is a reliable and repeatable process that helps people change their lives. The basic series is 10 sessions and it works with the fascia system to realign the body’s structure. When our structure is aligned many things happen. Most important to many people is we can heal. On top of that we function much more efficiently in every way. We move better. We breathe better because our lungs ribs and diaphragm are unhindered. Our organs function at a higher level. Overall we have less stress on our system allowing for more mental clarity and peace of mind. The transformation is wholistic.
