Here are the first three moves of our Indoor Warm-Up Routine to help loosen your neck, spine, and hips. Perfect for a quick morning stretch or a mid-day reset!

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀:
• 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵: Tilt your head gently toward one shoulder while keeping both shoulders relaxed. Relieves tension in the neck and upper traps.
• 𝗖𝗮𝘁–𝗖𝗼𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Move slowly between arching your back and rounding it.
Loosens the spine and warms up your back.
• 𝗛𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵: Step into a lunge and shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch in the front hip.Opens tight hip flexors from long sitting.

Winter Commuter Comfort Tips ❄️
Cold drives and long commutes? Keep your posture in check and take short movement breaks to stay comfortable.
Here are a few quick tips for the end of the week:
• Adjust your seat: Keep your hips and knees at a 90° angle.
• Support your lower back: Use a small cushion or lumbar support.
• Move often: Stop every hour or two to stretch your arms, neck, and legs.
• Keep warm: Gloves and a scarf can prevent stiffness during chilly drives.

Feeling stiff in the cold? ❄️ Try this 3-minute morning mobility routine to loosen up your spine and joints:

• Neck rolls – gently circle your neck 5 times in each direction
• Shoulder shrugs – lift and roll shoulders 5–10 times
• Seated or standing spinal twists – 5 times per side
• Gentle hamstring stretch – 15–20 seconds per leg

A few minutes each morning can help you move more comfortably all day! 💪
