Cold weather keeps you inside? ❄️
Here are the first three moves of our Indoor Warm-Up Routine to help loosen your neck, spine, and hips. Perfect for a quick morning stretch or a mid-day reset!
𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀:
• 𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵: Tilt your head gently toward one shoulder while keeping both shoulders relaxed. Relieves tension in the neck and upper traps.
• 𝗖𝗮𝘁–𝗖𝗼𝘄 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Move slowly between arching your back and rounding it.
Loosens the spine and warms up your back.
• 𝗛𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵: Step into a lunge and shift your weight forward until you feel a stretch in the front hip.Opens tight hip flexors from long sitting.
