The Sacred Element Life is a pathway to remain balanced, heart-centered and responsive to the everyday life we lead.

Through mind, body and spirit we create sacred space that connects us all to the universal flow of nature.

Using a harmonious blend of yoga, meditation, breathing , creative and artistic elements and intuitive healing techniques, my aim is to help cultivate a more authentic relationship with self and the unknown force that binds us to all existence.

The Nibiru Gong…a sonic portal that’s both grounding and expansive. Its rich, layered tones wash through the nervous system, inviting deep release, balance, and presence. When it speaks, it whispers to places within you that words can’t reach.

Wanting relief is human.
Fixing feelings is often a survival response, and one I have practiced many many times.
This week though, I practiced staying with the feeling instead of abandoning it.
It felt horrible, the better.

That is when the power returned.

I don’t promise safety in my classes or sessions, and that’s on purpose.
Your nervous system gets to decide what feels safe, when, and how.

What I offer is choice, consent, and space to listen inward.

I believe true regulation isn’t something that can be provided from another, it is something we learn to trust on our own time.

I am ready when you are. I offer full Somatic Therapy sessions as well as shorter somatic listening sessions, to get a feel for the work.

This week began with a small actionable step, an anchor to bring me back into my body and back into resonance with my life.
My anchor is checking in each day with myself, writing a few words with the help of my new planner and drink a cup of red clover tea.
Reggie the cat has decided to become part of this ritual. 🐈 ❤️ 🖊️ 📖 🍵

What a weird year indeed.

Tired from holding it all.
Tired from being the strong one.
Tired from navigating “alert mode” for years.
Tired from pretending you’re fine when your body is begging you to slow down.

This is not shutting down, this is a turning point.
A moment where your system finally says: I can’t pretend anymore, I want to be free.
Free from old patterns.
Free from survival mode.
Free from the constant pressure to perform, please, or push.

This season of your life isn’t about doing more or working harder.

If this hits you in the gut, it’s because it’s your truth.
And you don’t have to muscle through it alone.

I am creating space for you to put down the list, 6 weeks of dedication to yourself, of returning to presence.

Curating these feels like a little ritual of joy for me, gathering things I’ve handmade, weaving in pieces from some of my favorite local makers (like the magic from ), and creating something that feels nourishing to give or receive.

Each box is different… a mix of herbal goodness, small-batch items, and little comforts meant to support rest, ritual, and everyday care.

This is your space to slow down, listen inward, and work with your body as a guide toward healing.
Together, we’ll weave movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, physically, emotionally and energetically.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Just willingness to arrive and breathe.
Somatic Yoga Therapy is a wonderful addition to Talk therapy, as it will help explore the emotional energy within the body.
