Luckily I haven't lost anyone close to me recently, but grief is a pain that fluctuates and is triggered by the oddest things, sometimes.

I've been doing mediumship readings for about six months, and during trades with other mediums I have found that nothing brings peace like direct connection to our loved ones who have passed. It is the most remarkable thing I have experienced.

Has anyone dealt with Cloudflare? I'm having a helluva time getting a live chat set up. I just keep being sent in a loop. I've spent countless hours trying to get my issue resolved and I find it hard to believe there isn't anyone who can help me Cloudflare.

Our world would look very different if we taught children how to care for their emotional health. Suppressing feelings, toughing it out, or brushing off things isn't emotional regulation - it's avoidance. When we don't learn to understand and process our emotions, we lose touch with ourselves, and that disconnection can have lasting negative consequences.
