We are an outpatient independent osteopathic medical practice that specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). We treat musculoskeletal conditions, acute and chronic pain, as well as headaches and migraines.

This position’s primary function would be to manage patient work flow to allow our team to make the most efficient use of clinic time and create a seamless patient experience. We also cross train positions.

Clinic work hours are approximately Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 8:00am-6pm, Tuesdays 8:30am-6:30pm, and Fridays 9am-12pm. These may vary slightly. This is not a part time position.

Job Duties:
*Prepare clinic notes prior to patients arriving, find and document imaging/lab results, and verify clinical documentation
*Room patients in a friendly and efficient manner and communicate that flow with our team
*Obtain basic vitals
*Turn over rooms to maintain a fully stocked and sanitary condition for patient flow
*Assist with in-office procedures
*Coordinate between providers and staff to maintain a smooth work flow
*Perform and record drug urinalysis
*Monitor supplies and request reordering as necessary
*Review and update documentation and coordinate that information with providers
*Other job duties as requested by management or providers

Required Abilities:
*Must type at least 50 WPM
*Attention to Detail
*Friendly and welcoming demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Able to maintain calm in a fast-paced environment
*Multitasking and Problem Solving
*Ability to work within a team environment and take constructive feedback
*Ability to plan ahead to solve problems before they arise
*Excellent computer skills within Microsoft work environment

We are officially open at our new location at 1760 N Mitchell St, Boise, ID 83704. We look forward to growing into the new space and serving our patients here.

We have an official move in date! Our signs are up and interior updates are progressing well. Our first day seeing patients at our new office will be March 22nd, 2021. The new address is 1760 N Mitchell St, Boise, ID, 83704. Our phone, fax, and email will all remain the same. We look forward to serving our patients in this new chapter of Idaho Joint and Spine.

We are excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location this Spring. We started the repairs today and will announce an official move date as we complete that process. We will have so much more space to serve our patients!

TEMPORARY LOCATION UPDATE

Due to the damage to the building, we will have to temporary relocate during the repairs. The temporary location is in the building directly behind our current building. The address is 9474 W Fairview Ave., Boise, Id 83704. Hours and services will not be changing, only the location.
