To my beloved clients:

As most of you know, I have been dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis since April. I have chosen to heal this cancer in the most natural ways possible, turning down radiation, surgery or chemo.

This is a long road I have chosen! We are 7 months in and the cancer has stayed mostly contained due to the strict methods I am taking to detox my body.

However, I am needing to move into a phase that is more aggressive with the natural treatments and also allowing myself more space to heal.

Due to this need, I am slightly decreasing the hours that I am available for hands-on healing. As you all know, I pour myself into my healing work and it can become draining if I do it too much.

With my reduced hours, it will only allow 1 longer session and 1 shorter session on my calendar per day, with longer rest periods in between.

You may find when you schedule on the website that booking is a few weeks out because of the reduced hours. Please be patient and understanding of this need for me to keep my field nice and strong for healing!

There is no need for you to give me extra space in addition to that. I know some of you choose not to schedule because you want to give me space. There is no need to do that! I still need and want your business and I still very much want to help you on your healing paths!

I have set this schedule up for success on my part. So go ahead and get on that schedule! Just think ahead and schedule early, as I may be booked out. I want to see and work with you all. Just at a slighty slower pace.

I will likely be teaching more classes instead, so stay tuned for those events!

One of the biggest misconceptions about meditation is the belief that your mind has to be silent for it to “work.”

💥Your mind is designed to think.

💥Your brain processes, anticipates, scans, and responds — especially when your nervous system is holding stress.

Meditation isn’t about stopping your thoughts.
It’s about changing your relationship to them.

When you sit down and your mind starts racing, it doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It simply means you’re finally noticing what’s been happening inside you all day long.

✨ The real transformation begins when you let thoughts drift by without chasing them.

✨ When you witness instead of engage.

✨ When you stay present even while the mind is active.

That’s when the nervous system resets.
That’s when awareness shifts.
That’s when the deeper layers of meditation start to open.

Something I always tell my clients about training the mind to meditate is this: be gentle with yourself. The mind wandering isn’t a sign that you’re failing — it’s actually part of the practice. Even seasoned meditators experience it. When you notice your thoughts drifting, don’t get frustrated. Instead, treat your mind like a curious toddler. Gently and lovingly guide it back to the focus of your meditation. That gentle redirection is the work — and over time, it becomes easier and more natural.

So if your mind won’t get quiet — good.
You’re human.
And you’re doing it right. 💜

Your body remembers everything you’re trying to forget.

The body is the keeper of every untold story:
every heartbreak you brushed aside,

every time you said “I’m fine” instead of “I’m hurting.”
