Are you approaching or in the midst of menopause or perimenopause? Do you feel estranged from the body you always knew? Seeking to find community that understands?
This workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Lyndsy Kinghorn, CNP, ABAAHP, a dual board-certified family and functional medicine nurse practitioner, will begin with an educational discussion on hormones, perimenopause, and menopause. This will be followed by an open Q&A where participants can ask questions and explore common concerns related to midlife health.
Following the discussion, Ashley Betz, CYT-200, will guide participants through a somatic restorative yoga experience and crystal bowl soundbath designed to help the body unwind and settle through slow, supported postures, gentle breath awareness, and sound frequency. All levels welcome, no prior experience needed.
Guests will also enjoy alcohol-free mocktails intuitively curated by Melissa & Bri of Free Spirits Bev Co, a local company focused on creating elevated alcohol-free beverages that support social connection and well-being.
This event blends education, relaxation, and community for women interested in learning more about hormonal health during midlife.
Feel free to bring a cup and yoga supplies, and if you don’t have either we’ve got you covered.
