When we struggle to figure out an outcome, the thoughts of this becomes the largest in our minds, this is what causes us to worry.
When we take on the mentality, "it is, what it is", we relinquish the need to control the outcome. This mentality ultimately reduces worry, anxiety and stress.
Fully acknowledging and accepting reality as it is, is called Radical Acceptance. Radical Acceptance is done without judgment or resistance, especially painful or difficult situations, to prevent emotional pain from turning into suffering.
The results of practicing Radical Acceptance will keep you positive, less stressed, motivated, balanced and operating in reality oppossed to falsehood, which will keep you grounded in the truth.
Learn to deal with life one day at a time.
