“From the very beginning, the teamwork and attention to detail were clear. Alivia Tucker made the intake process smooth with her friendly, welcoming presence.
During our dad’s final five weeks, he received care that was both compassionate and comforting. He enjoyed participating in activities on the 3rd floor, thanks especially to Barb Trencan, who went above and beyond to keep him comfortable, engaged, and cared for—even labeling his clothing after a long Veteran’s Day event.
We’re also grateful to Jonathan in Maintenance for seamlessly handling room transitions and assisting our family with such kindness and promptness. Nurses Gary and Lettie kept us well informed and treated all residents with patience and respect.
Marie in Accounting, Dana Prokop, and Jaime Fontanez were always approachable, kind, and helpful, making every interaction reassuring.
Our family is deeply comforted knowing our dad received such thoughtful, conscientious care in his final weeks.
