Highly recommend this channel! She's got tons of high quality content that will help you move better if you follow her advice.
I need your help.
I’ve been in fitness since I was 20 years old. I’m now 49, and over the years my purpose has become very clear.
I want to help as many people as possible move without pain, feel strong in their bodies again, and become the best version of themselves.
Most people don’t need more stretching or more exercises.
They need to understand what their body actually needs, and in what order.
After decades of working with people who feel stuck in their bodies, tight hips that never loosen, low backs that flare up, knees that don’t feel stable, I realized something important.
People aren’t missing effort.
They’re missing direction.
That’s why I created a guided movement and mobility system inside The Body Institute.
This year, my goal is to help one million people through this platform, helping them understand their bodies, reduce pain, improve mobility, and build strength in a way that actually lasts.
And I can’t do that alone.
If my videos or posts have ever helped you understand your body better or feel better in your movement, I’d truly appreciate you sharing this so it can reach someone else who needs it too.
Inside The Body Institute, this guided system is designed to help you:
• understand why something hurts or feels restricted
• know exactly where to start instead of guessing
• follow simple, structured progressions that improve mobility and strength together
• build a body that moves better instead of constantly managing discomfort
This isn’t about random workouts or chasing trends.
It’s about learning how your body works and giving it what it actually needs.
The system will be available soon through a mobile platform launching on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Early access will open first to those on the waiting list.
If you want launch updates and early access, you can join here:

Before you go, I’d love to know something personally from you.
What’s the one area of your body that limits you the most right now, or keeps coming back no matter what you try?
Your answer helps me know what to build next, and it may help someone else reading this realize they’re not alone.
