My client came in with thoracic outlet-like symptoms; numbness and tingling down the arm and into the hand after repetitive motion at her job.
Using NeuroKinetic Therapy, I found her pec minor overworking and her forearm extensors underworking. Then we found her Opponens Pollicis underworking and her scalenes overworking. When he scalenes would not release with manual therapy, I played detective to find that muscle inhibiting left lumbopelvic rotation. Investigating more allowed me to a couple of other corrections that all led back to the scalenes.
She left feeling relaxed, loose and balanced.

Let me help your baby and save you a trip to an out of town doctor.
Last weekend, I took a class from and learned how to help babies with fascial dysfunction. Since babies can't tell us what hurts, professionals like me must learn to recognize where the restriction lies and how to release it. This class gave me several great tools to help babies with issues such as tongue & lip ties (pre and post laser correction), torticollis, plagiocephaly and tummy time struggles.
Here I am practicing the techniques on a baby doll.

Sometimes massage just won't cut it.
Yup, I said it. Massage can't fix every muscle or fascial dysfunction. Sometimes you need movement in order to educate the body on how it's supposed to behave.
Last weekend I went to a Neurokinetic Therapy class called Mobility & Assessment. This class taught me how to assess the range of motion in joints and how to fix immobility using movement corrections.
This is important because you can't always massage your way out of pain and immobility. I've used what I've learned this week with great results. Looking forward to helping many more people!
