Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, March 8 at 2 a.m., so set your clocks ahead one hour before bed tonight.

Yes, we lose an hour of sleep — but we gain more daylight in the evenings!

While you’re updating your clocks, it’s also a great time to check or change the batteries in your smoke detectors.
