Stephens Pharmacy, opened by Michael Stephens, has had the pleasure of serving Bolivar and its surrounding communities since 1975. At Stephens Pharmacy, our goal is to provide our friends and neighbors (and strangers too!) with the personal service that one should expect from a home-town, locally owned pharmacy. Stephens Pharmacy is owned and operated by Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation. Opened in January 1975 by lifelong Bolivar resident Michael Stephens, R.Ph., CMH Foundation acquired the pharmacy on Sept. 30, 2019.

Stephens Pharmacy provides you with the personal services you should expect from a hometown, locally owned pharmacy. Call or stop by to speak with our knowledgeable, friendly and experienced staff.
