​I wanted to share this incredible video I found on YouTube (and it’s free!). It does an amazing job explaining how "stuck" emotions can impact our physical health. When we don't process how we feel, that energy can hit our cellular structures, creating chaos that shows up as random outbursts or even physical "dis-ease."

​Our emotions play a massive role in our physical well-being. If you want to understand the connection between your heart and your health, I highly recommend giving this a watch.

​There is a plethora of tools available to help you shift these frequencies. From professional modalities like Massage, Reiki, Chakra Healing, and Spinal Energetics, to things you can do right in your own living room.

​You don't always need to see a practitioner to find balance. You are already equipped with everything you need! Simple techniques like Tapping (EFT) or mindful breathwork can move that energy instantly. Just know that whatever challenge you are facing, you have the power to overcome it.
