Happy Thanksgiving!

Bolivar Family Care Center is closed today, Thursday, Nov. 28, as our team enjoys the holiday with their families. We’ll reopen with normal hours tomorrow, Friday, Nov. 29.

If you need care for sudden illness or minor injuries today, the CMH Walk-In Clinic at 2230 S. Springfield Ave., Suite H-J in Bolivar is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
