February is Heart Health Month, and simple lifestyle changes can make a difference in your heart health. Moving more each day helps keep your heart strong and improves blood flow. Eating healthy foods can help control blood pressure and cholesterol. When you combine regular activity with better food choices, you give your heart the support it needs. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women—yet many don’t realize they’re at risk. Symptoms, risk factors, and prevention can look different for women, which is why awareness and early care matter.

In addition to chest pain, women may experience:
- Shortness of breath
- Nausea or vomiting
- Jaw, neck, or back pain
- Unusual fatigue
- Lightheadedness

If something doesn’t feel right, trust your instincts and seek care. Listening to your body can save your life.
