We are aware that some patients are receiving letters from insurance companies regarding our credentialing renewal.

Please disregard these letters unless you hear from our office directly. These are often automatically generated while we finish our annual paperwork.

Rest assured, if any action is needed on your part or if your coverage changes, we will contact you personally.

If you haven't heard from us, don't worry—your care continues as usual!
