MARCH TRAINING CYCLE — PARENT Q & A❓
Q1: Can my athlete join at any time?
A: Yes. Athletes can join at any point during the 12-week cycle. We modify lifts, weights, and progressions based on when they enter to ensure a safe and effective transition into the program.
Q2: What will my athlete gain in 12 weeks?
A: Increased strength, improved speed and agility, better movement mechanics, and more confidence. Each week builds progressively to develop long-term athletic growth — not just short-term conditioning.
Q3: Is this safe for younger athletes?
A: Absolutely. Juniors (Grades 4–7) follow age-appropriate programming focused on coordination, body control, and proper technique — all coached and supervised every session.
⚠️ Afternoon Class Update:
If you are interested in the 4:00 PM combined Elite/Junior sessions (Monday–Thursday), please reach out sooner rather than later. We are organizing numbers to structure groups appropriately.
