March kicks off our 12-week spring training cycle, built to develop strong, fast, and resilient athletes heading into spring and summer sports. This isn’t random workouts — it’s a progressive plan with purpose.
💪 Training Focus (12-Week Progression):• Strength & power development• Speed, agility & change of direction• Proper movement mechanics• Injury reduction & durability• Confidence on and off the field
🏋️‍♂️ SPRING TRAINING CYCLE (March–May) Stay strong, fast, and ready for spring with our structured athlete programs designed for all levels:
• Elite Class: 8th grade & up
• Junior Class: 7th grade & below
⏰ Class Schedule:
Morning Sessions (6:00 AM)
• Monday / Wednesday / Friday — Elites (8–12th grade)
• Tuesday / Thursday — Juniors (4–7th grade)
Afternoon Sessions (4:00 PM)
• Elites & Juniors• Grade-appropriate programming & coaching
