The Clyde W. Cosper TSVH selected Johnny Martin as our Veteran of the Month.

Photos of Mr. Martin and his biography are displayed on the Veteran of the Month board.

Sadly, Mr. Martin passed away at our home last week.

Residents, staff members, and guests have enjoyed seeing pictures of Mr. Martin throughout the years and he will always be remembered and loved. ❤

Last Friday, we threw a Valentine’s Day party at the Clyde W. Cosper TSVH!

Everyone enjoyed some great tunes and delicious Valentine’s Day treats. During the party, the Valentine’s Day King and Queen was crowned!

Also, thank you to everyone who participated in Texas VLB's "Valentines for Vets" campaign by sending heartfelt Valentine's cards to our home.

Texans, let's show some love to our Veterans this Valentine's Day! ❤️

Commissioner Buckingham is encouraging everyone to participate in the VLB's "Valentines for Vets" campaign.

Help us honor and show our appreciation to the brave men and women who served our country by mailing a Valentine's card to the Veterans who reside in any of the 10 Texas State Veterans Homes.

All cards should be postmarked by February 10th and include 'Valentines for Vets' in the mailing address.

We're truly grateful to receive so much love and support from the kind people in our community. Thank you all for visiting and dropping off your gifts. Our Veterans deeply appreciate it.
