THE ENERGY IS GETTING READY TO CHANGE ITS SHAPE ✨ MOVING FROM A 3 FREQUENCY MONTH INTO A 4 FREQUENCY MONTH ✨ MARCH 28, 2026
Dear friends, as we move through the final days of March, many may begin to feel that the energy is preparing to change its shape. March has carried the movement of a 3 frequency month: more surfacing, more expression, more emotional motion, more revelation, more visible change. But as we approach April, the field may begin asking for something different. Less scattering. More grounding. Less movement for its own sake. More structure for what is meant to remain.
This is why the coming days may feel important. The shift from a 3 frequency into a 4 frequency month can bring a natural change in tone. What has been stirred now wants form. What has been revealed now wants honesty. What has been moving now wants direction. And beneath all of this, the Fire Horse energy may also be intensifying, bringing even more momentum, boldness, and forward pressure into the field as we move into the new month.
For many, this may show up as a stronger need to simplify. To come back to the body. To organize what has been too loose. To notice where energy has been leaking and where life is asking for more coherence. A 3 month can open the field. A 4 month asks what can truly hold. It asks what is solid, what is real, and what kind of foundation this next chapter is actually being built on.
This is also why the transition may feel both clarifying and sobering. Not because something is wrong, but because the next phase wants a different kind of honesty. It is no longer only about what excites you, stirs you, or calls to you. It is also about what can support you, ground you, and remain trustworthy over time. This is where movement begins turning into structure.
And because we are still moving toward Easter, Passover, and the Full Moon in Libra on April 1, this matters deeply. The next threshold is not only asking what is coming alive. It is also asking what is becoming balanced, sustainable, and real. The energy of April may begin to make that more obvious. What cannot hold may feel louder. What is true may ask for stronger roots. And with the Fire Horse current building underneath it, the movement forward may feel even stronger, which is exactly why grounding matters now.
