As we wrap up International Play Therapy Week, our team spent time deepening our understanding of Adlerian Play Therapy through training and collaboration 🧸✨

A core takeaway from this approach: behavior is meaningful. Children are always moving toward connection and belonging, even when it shows up in challenging ways.

By continuing to refine our skills and stay grounded in evidence-based models, we remain committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care that meets children where they are 💛

On Saturday, October 25, 2025, our Sunshine State Counseling Center team proudly participated in and sponsored the event at North Collier Regional Park. 🏃‍♀️💙

The race supported Seaside Travels, a beautiful nonprofit offering therapeutic community outings for children with special needs and medically fragile conditions — helping families connect, explore, and grow together. 💫
