Development Update

Construction and planning are moving forward across Wesley communities. At Wesley Bradley Park, the East Brownstone and care center are taking shape inside and out. At Wesley Des Moines, renovations at The Terrace continue. Momentum builds for Creekside with construction planned to begin this year.

Wesley Spring Glen is advancing through permitting, design, and financing, with construction targeted for spring 2027.
