Noble Physicians General Medicine ~ Post-Acute Care/GAP Care ~ Addiction Services Caring Competence

It's not just a tag line. It is the way we live and breathe our mission.

Noble Physicians provides care across the General Medical spectrum, from caring for our most vulnerable and precarious patients in the Skilled Nursing environment, to individuals with medical needs in an office setting. Prior to COVID 19, Noble had begun partnering with Hospitals, Home Heath agencies and collaborating with community physicians to provide what we now call “GAP Care”—supporting patients at highest risk of medical complications Post discharge from a hospital or Skilled Nursing setting. With the advent of Telehealth, Noble’s vision of bridging the gap of care for those most in need has reduced hospital readmissions, improved outcomes, and helped optimize limited resources to provide concierge level care without the concierge prices. And while we’re still providing this general medical care, we are actively expanding our Behavioral Health Services and Medically Assisted Treatment of opioid addiction, which has become a passion to help relieve those struggling during an ongoing deadly crisis in America. I am pleased to announce an exciting change in our leadership structure, effective immediately.

It is with great pride and confidence that I announce the promotion of Colleen Swenson from her role as Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer of Noble Physicians. Colleen has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in her decade of service with us, and I am certain she will excel in this new position.

As part of this transition, I will be stepping down from my role as CEO. I will continue to serve on the management team and retain my position as Executive Chair of the Noble Physicians Board, allowing me to focus more directly on our medical operations and patient care. While my day-to-day responsibilities are shifting, my commitment to and stake in Noble Physicians remains unchanged.

This restructuring will enhance our operations and position us for future growth. Under Colleen’s leadership, we plan to add additional support to our team, ensuring improved patient care and streamlined workflows.

I am confident that this change will bring new energy and perspectives to our organization while maintaining the core values and mission that have always guided Noble Physicians.

Please join me in congratulating Colleen on her well-deserved promotion. I look forward to working alongside her and all of you as we enter this exciting new chapter.

Warm Regards,

Steve

Seems cliche to say but it’s not: The pandemic has been tough for everyone with their mental and physical health. While I’ve work to do and I’m still on a journey, I’m a whole lot better than back in 2017.

Feel free to share:

Recently there has been a lot of talk about antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) and the COVID vaccines.

There are some scary, very scientific sounding posts that I’ve read that could easily convince someone to think twice about considering vaccination, and even question the motivations behind promoting vaccinations.

Having been a genetics major back in the 1990s, and also having decades of experience of using vaccines and treating viral illness, one may think that I am either part of the solution, or perhaps I am part of a secret cabal that is creating the problem.

I view myself as the former.

Lots of unknowns exist about COVID and the vaccines but my understanding is that ADE was one of the FIRST things they consider and look for before presenting vaccines for widespread use.

With limited data for the initial recipients, ADE was not suggestive as a major issue.

With hundreds of millions of doses now having been injected and many new COVID strains, the statistics STILL are not suggesting it is a major issue.

There are clear lines to connect between the dots between waning immunity and increased infection.
There has not been compelling evidence of ADE and COVID 19.

The Dengue virus ADE example cited in some recent popular posts was known for decades, at least since the 80s, and it was the one of the reasons vaccine makers specifically design vaccines to avoid this.

One could (and many do) argue that this is precisely the reason the vaccines were created—to kill off the world population—but that would suggest hundreds of countries have to coordinate scientists and independent studies that all present false data, and anyone conducting independent research (done in thousands of locations all over the world) has to be informed of the conspiracy and align their results—it’s not happening.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7832065/

“Indeed, emerging safety data from a trial on convalescent plasma involving 5000 patients showing no evidence for ADE strongly suggests that protective neutralizing antibodies counteract the function of any enhancing antibodies found in patients [10].”

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12725690/

“Consequently, numerous approaches have been made to the development of vaccines with minimum or no risk for ADE. Identification of viral epitopes associated with ADE or neutralization is important for this purpose. In addition, clear understanding of the cellular events after virus entry through ADE has become crucial for developing efficient intervention.”

I support healthy debate of questionable and controversial public health policies.

I welcome well informed discourse about such an important topic as our public safety and also about our Constitutional rights.

But as a known provider in the community who has some degree if respect, along with the eyes and ears of many, I’m trying to be very careful about what information I post.

I endorse ongoing research and reserve the right to change my opinion, but at this point, “ADE” doesn’t appear to be driving the surge in COVID infections or deaths.
