Tuesday nutrition tip: Start your day with protein.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is skipping protein at breakfast… and then trying to catch up later in the day.

When breakfast is mostly carbs (toast, cereal, pastries), you’re already starting the day behind. Then by dinner people realize they’re still 40–60g short and trying to cram it all in.

Build your breakfast around protein first.
Eggs
Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Protein smoothie
Leftover chicken or steak

When you get a solid amount of protein in early, the rest of the day becomes so much easier. Start your day with 25-40g of protein and feel what happens!

You stay fuller.
Energy is steadier.

The best part? Now you’re not playing protein catch-up at 8pm and trying to cram in a shake or a chicken breast 🫠

Brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand isn’t the only way to increase your brain power!

Want to boost your brain activity in under 5 minutes a day?

Start using your non-dominant hand.
It sounds simple… but it forces your brain to create new neural pathways, improve coordination, and increase focus. When you challenge your usual patterns, your brain has to work harder.

Try this:
• Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand
• Write your name slowly with it
• Use it to eat a meal
• Open doors with it
• Scroll your phone with it
• Stir your coffee or cook with it
• Throw or bounce a ball
• Do light strength exercises (like curls or presses) focusing on control.

It will feel awkward and challenging but that’s the point!

Train your brain like you train your body 💪🧠
